Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy covers live 1:1 sessions, Nazaare-room access, subscription plans and full account deletion. Live calls and chats are billed by the minute and cannot be cancelled mid-session, but system-error refunds are auto-credited within 5 minutes. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Session Cancellation
Live calls, chats and Nazaare-room access are real-time digital services. Once a session has started and the per-minute meter has begun, billing is final. If a session ends prematurely due to a system error (not user/agent action), the unused minutes are auto-refunded to your wallet within 5 minutes.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel any active subscription at any time from your profile → Subscriptions. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep access until then.
Account Cancellation
You can delete your account from profile settings. Deletion is permanent — all your messages, gifts, history and unused wallet balance will be removed and cannot be recovered.
Refund on Cancellation
Cancellation of an unused, undelivered service is eligible for refund per the Refund Policy. Already-consumed services are non-refundable.
