Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form the legally binding contract between you and Amora every time you sign up, recharge or use any paid service. They cover user obligations, intellectual-property ownership, indemnity, third-party links, force-majeure and the governing law (India). Read carefully before transacting.
Electronic Record
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, and is published per Rule 3(1) of the IT (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. It does not require a physical or digital signature.
Ownership
The Platform is owned and operated by Amora ('Platform Owner', 'we', 'us', 'our').
Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Platform and Services is governed by these Terms of Use and the applicable policies incorporated by reference. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice — please review periodically.
User Obligations
1. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during and after registration; you are responsible for all actions taken on your account. 2. We provide no warranty or guarantee as to accuracy, timeliness, performance or completeness of the information on the Platform. 3. Your use of the Services is at your own risk and discretion. 4. The contents of the Platform are proprietary and licensed to us; you may not claim any intellectual-property interest in them. 5. Unauthorised use may result in action under these Terms and applicable law. 6. You agree to pay all applicable charges associated with the Services. 7. You will not use the Platform for any unlawful, illegal or forbidden purpose.
Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content.
Binding Contract
When you initiate a transaction for our Services, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.
Indemnity
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies, officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim, demand or action including reasonable attorney's fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Force Majeure
The parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
